Annular composite design. The inner 6mm diameter is effective EPTFE waterproof sound-permeable area; outer black carrier frame integrates high-temperature double-sided adhesive with green release liner. Supporting frame avoids membrane stretching & distortion during installation for better stability than single raw film.
Pre-coated adhesive with release liner fits automatic placement & die-cutting without secondary gluing to cut production cost; custom dimension available on request.
Applied on TWS earbuds, smart watches, mini cameras, auto sensors, small home appliances & outdoor lamps, for speaker hole waterproofing as well as enclosure venting and internal pressure balance
