Company introduction

Shenzhen Migeer Technology Co., Ltd. designs, converts, and sells die-cut parts. Buyers know the plant as Meetall. The company was established in November 2015. The converting floor is in Dalingshan, Dongguan. The office is in Songgang, Shenzhen.

The work is built for three assemblies: 3C consumer electronics, FPC flex circuits, and automotive products. A part may be a vent that lets a sealed housing breathe, a mesh that keeps dust out of a speaker port, a stiffener that holds a flex tail flat, or a foam gasket that closes a gap the eye can barely see. The drawing decides. The plant cuts it.

The floor covers 1,000 square meters. Registered capital is RMB 1 million. Annual output is above RMB 30 million. More than 30 people run the room. Die-cutting sits in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, so adhesive, mesh, and membrane leave the tool without the dust that ruins a phone, a module, or a car display.

Five precision-registration combination lines keep layers in place while they are laminated and cut. A ten-station rotary die cutter runs the longer lots. A Han’s Laser sampler cuts the first pieces before a steel rule is committed. Slitters and a sheet cutter prepare the web. Peel, tack, holding power, resistance, and 2.5D vision sit beside the lines, so a lot can be checked before it ships.

From drawing to production lot

A new assembly starts as a drawing, a marked photo, or a sample. The laser cuts a first piece so the fit can be judged before tooling. Flatbed presses take the shaped lots. The rotary line takes the volume that belongs on a web. Laminators build the stack: membrane, adhesive, liner, foam, or stiffener, in the order the assembly needs.

Trade is quoted EXW. The stated lead time is 30 days. Payment is T/T, PayPal, or cash, in USD, EUR, HKD, or CNY. English and Chinese are both used on the floor and in the office. The Alibaba store carries the onsite check. The domestic market is 71% of sales. Eastern Europe is 10%. Western Europe and Southeast Asia are 5% each. Oceania and Eastern Asia are 3% each. North America is 1%.
