A wearable has no spare millimeters. The vent must be smaller than a fingernail, the adhesive must survive sweat and a strap that bends all day, and the sensor window must stay clear. The case is sealed, yet pressure changes every time the wearer climbs stairs or boards a flight.

What is the difference between a wearable vent and a module vent?
Our profile lists them as separate constructions. A wearable vent is cut for the small port of a watch, band, or skin sensor. A module vent is cut for a larger sealed box such as a controller or sensor housing.
Can vents be supplied on a web for automatic placement?
Tell us your placement method. Parts can be cut on a web on the rotary line, and we confirm the liner and spacing with you before production.
Do you test the adhesive?
Peel, tack, and tape holding-power testers sit beside the lines. Tell us the substrates and we run the relevant checks on samples.
What are the lead time and trade terms?
