Condensation inside sealed boxes
Module vents let the housing equalize pressure, so moisture is not pulled in through the seals.
Module vents, cover gaskets, conductive die-cuts, and foam for outdoor sensors and sealed industrial electronics.
Application
A sensor in a cabinet, on a pole, or inside a machine lives with pressure swings, dust, condensation, and radio noise. The housing is sealed to keep the weather out, which means it needs a controlled way to breathe.
The module vent is the construction Meetall cuts for that box. Around it sit the gaskets that seal the cover, the foam that steadies the board, conductive pieces that keep a reading quiet, and FPC stiffeners when the sensor is built on a flex.
Industrial lots are smaller and longer-lived than consumer ones. Flatbed presses suit those lots, and the tool can be held for repeat orders years later.

The problems buyers in this industry bring to the plant, and how the floor handles each one.
Module vents let the housing equalize pressure, so moisture is not pulled in through the seals.
Conductive die-cuts close the shield path at seams and cable exits. Resistance is checked on the floor.
Foam and gaskets are chosen for the gap and the load, then sampled in your housing before tooling.
Flatbed tooling suits smaller lots and can be held for repeat orders.

Delivery formats
Tell us how the part goes on: by hand, in a fixture, or from a web. Each format below comes from a named machine on the floor.
Kunlun KL-QP-350 sheet cutters × 2
Parts kept on a carrier sheet, counted and stacked, for hand placement or low-volume fixtures.
Kunlun KL-FTJ-1300 CNC slitter, Hadesheng rotary
Parts cut on a continuous web and wound to width, for long runs and feeders that pull from a roll.
Kunlun and Hongwen laminators × 16
Membrane, mesh, foam, or film combined with adhesive and liner before the cut, so one part replaces several.
Han's Laser CMA0604-B-A
First articles cut from the drawing without a tool, for fit trials before steel is committed.

Both are in our profile. A single-layer adhesive membrane is the direct bond on the opening. A multi-layer adhesive membrane builds a thicker stack when the housing needs it. Tell us the housing and the port.
Send the sample quantity and the yearly volume. Flatbed presses suit smaller lots, and the minimum is stated in the quote.
A drawing or a marked photo, where the part sits, the sample quantity, and the yearly volume. If the material grade is on the print, include it. If not, describe the job the part has to do.
The stated lead time is 30 days. Trade is EXW. Payment is T/T, PayPal, or cash, in USD, EUR, HKD, or CNY.
