MGR-PC 0.25mm Black UL94-V0 PC Film with 467MP, Insulation Gasket

This product uses 0.25mm matte black UL94-V0 halogen-free flame retardant PC film as substrate, single side laminated with original 467MP substrate-free acrylic double-sided adhesive, matched with beige release liner. It can be custom die-cut into all kinds of special-shaped, multi-hole, slotted integrated gaskets. It integrates insulation, flame retardant, light shielding, anti-glare functions. Peel off the liner and stick directly for assembly, widely used in industrial control, new energy, automotive electronics, instrument display industries. Substrate: 0.25mm Matte Black Flame Retardant PC Film Flame retardant grade: UL94-V0, halogen-free, self-extinguishing without dripping ignition substance at 0.25mm thickness; Surface finish: matte frosted, anti-glare, fingerprint resistant, high light blocking; Thickness tolerance: ±0.01mm, ultra-thin uniform 0.25mm for miniaturized equipment; Electrical insulation: volume resistivity ≥1×10^17Ω/cm, dielectric strength ≥30kV/mm; Temperature resistance: continuous -40℃~120℃, peak 140℃, no warping under temperature cycle; Mechanical property: high toughness, resistant to bending, no edge crack after die cutting, scratch resistant; Chemical resistance: resist industrial oil, weak acid & alkali, flux, no swelling or whitening; Environmental standard: RoHS & halogen free, eligible for European & American export.
