Double-sided Adhesive

6010C is a transparent acrylic double-sided foam tape, 0.76 mm thick, with pressure-sensitive adhesive on both faces. It is waterproof, shock-absorbing, and leaves no residue, so it bonds and cushions in one layer.

It bonds metal, ceramic tile, plastic, PVC, wood, and glass. Long-term temperature resistance is 80 °C and short-term resistance is 120 °C.

9448A is a white double-sided tape on a non-woven carrier with strong acrylic adhesive, widely die-cut for electronics assembly, nameplates, and display parts.

MGR-2477P is a double-sided medical tape, silicone on one face and acrylic on the other, 0.18 mm thick. 180° peel on steel is 2.3 N/cm on the acrylic side and 0.55 N/cm on the silicone side, with about 400 g/m²/day air permeability. It is medical grade, low sensitivity, and suitable for short-term skin adhesion, with EtO sterilization.

Converting at Meetall

Tapes are die-cut in a Class 10,000 cleanroom and checked on peel, tack, and holding-power testers, so a bond is backed by a number from the floor.

Packing and delivery

Rolls are boxed individually. Die-cut parts stay on the liner and ship flat in cartons.
