New Energy Vehicles

Application

From the battery module to the car display

A new-energy vehicle carries two kinds of die-cut work. Around the cells and circuits sit aerogel, FPC stiffeners, PC flame-retardant sheet, and brown insulating film. Around the cabin sit display adhesive, VHB foam tape, gaskets, and foam that must hold through heat, cold, and years of vibration.

Both lists come straight from our company profile. Automotive products are named in our company scope, and the profile gives new-energy parts their own pages. Both are converted on the Dongguan floor beside the 3C work, on the same registration lines and checked on the same inspection bench.

Automotive drawings are exact, and lots repeat for years. We cut a laser first article for the fit, hold the shape on a flatbed press or the ten-station rotary line, and check each lot with vision measurement and adhesive tests before it ships.

What the assembly asks for

The problems buyers in this industry bring to the plant, and how the floor handles each one.

Heat inside the battery module

Aerogel and PC flame-retardant sheet are cut to the module drawing, so the barrier covers the area the print specifies.

Bonds that must last

Holding power, tack, and peel are measured on Hualiang instruments for each adhesive job.

The same part for years

Tooling is held for the part, and 2.5D vision measurement checks the outline lot after lot.

Many materials in one vehicle

Foam, tape, gasket, film, and vent are converted under one roof, so one supplier can quote the set.

Parts from the plant

Photographed for the company profile. Shapes are customer-specific, so treat them as examples of the work, not stock items.

Delivery formats

Parts arrive the way your line places them

Tell us how the part goes on: by hand, in a fixture, or from a web. Each format below comes from a named machine on the floor.

Kunlun KL-QP-350 sheet cutters × 2

Sheets

Parts kept on a carrier sheet, counted and stacked, for hand placement or low-volume fixtures.

Kunlun KL-FTJ-1300 CNC slitter, Hadesheng rotary

Rolls

Parts cut on a continuous web and wound to width, for long runs and feeders that pull from a roll.

Kunlun and Hongwen laminators × 16

Laminated stacks

Membrane, mesh, foam, or film combined with adhesive and liner before the cut, so one part replaces several.

Laser samples

First articles cut from the drawing without a tool, for fit trials before steel is committed.

From drawing to production lot

The same four steps for every industry on this site. One sales contact from the first sample to repeat orders.

  1. Drawing review

Send a PDF, DXF, a marked photo, or the current part. We read the stack-up and name the material.

  2. Laser first article

A Han's Laser sampler cuts the first pieces, so fit is judged in your assembly before a tool is made.

  3. Tooling and lot

Flatbed presses for shaped parts, the ten-station rotary line for long webs, all in the Class 10,000 room.

  4. Inspection and ship

2.5D vision, web inspection, and peel, tack, and holding-power tests before the lot leaves EXW.

Questions buyers ask

If yours is not here, put it in the quote form. We reply within one business day.

Which new-energy materials do you convert?

Aerogel, FPC stiffeners, PC flame-retardant sheet, and brown insulating film, as listed in our company profile. Send the drawing with the grade on the print.

Can you work to our material specification?

We convert the grade named on your drawing. Tell us any documentation you need at the quote stage, and we confirm what we can supply before the order.

Are gaskets available with and without adhesive?

Yes. Our profile lists adhesive-backed and plain gaskets, PVC foam with partial or full adhesive, and EVA and EPDM with or without adhesive.

What are the lead time and trade terms?

The stated lead time is 30 days. Trade is EXW. Payment is T/T, PayPal, or cash, in USD, EUR, HKD, or CNY.
