Application

Every opening in a phone is a die-cut decision

A phone is a stack of openings packed into a few millimeters. The speaker must stay clear. The microphone must hear through a port the size of a pinhead. The display must stay bonded through drops and heat, and the shield must close inside a wall that is already too thin.

Meetall converts the parts that sit in those openings and between those layers: dust mesh, waterproof membranes, conductive pieces, foam, and double-sided adhesive. 3C consumer electronics is one of the three industries named in our company scope, and the work runs on five precision-registration lines in a Class 10,000 cleanroom.

Registration is the point. A mesh that shifts covers the port it was meant to protect. An adhesive island that drifts blocks a connector. The lines laminate and cut the layers in one pass, so piece ten thousand matches piece one.

What the assembly asks for

The problems buyers in this industry bring to the plant, and how the floor handles each one.

Ports must stay open and protected

Mesh and membrane are cut to the port outline with the adhesive ring kept off the opening. Placement is checked on the 2.5D vision machine.

Layers must line up every time

Five precision-registration lines laminate membrane, adhesive, and liner in one pass, so the stack is cut as one part.

Dust ruins a display bond

Die-cutting runs in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, so adhesive faces arrive without the specks that show up under glass.

New models arrive fast

A laser first article is cut from the drawing, so a sample can be tried in the housing before a steel rule is made.

Parts from the plant

Photographed for the company profile. Shapes are customer-specific, so treat them as examples of the work, not stock items.

Delivery formats

Parts arrive the way your line places them

Tell us how the part goes on: by hand, in a fixture, or from a web. Each format below comes from a named machine on the floor.

Kunlun KL-QP-350 sheet cutters × 2

Sheets

Parts kept on a carrier sheet, counted and stacked, for hand placement or low-volume fixtures.

Kunlun KL-FTJ-1300 CNC slitter, Hadesheng rotary

Rolls

Parts cut on a continuous web and wound to width, for long runs and feeders that pull from a roll.

Kunlun and Hongwen laminators × 16

Laminated stacks

Membrane, mesh, foam, or film combined with adhesive and liner before the cut, so one part replaces several.

Laser samples

First articles cut from the drawing without a tool, for fit trials before steel is committed.

From drawing to production lot

The same four steps for every industry on this site. One sales contact from the first sample to repeat orders.

  1. Drawing review

Send a PDF, DXF, a marked photo, or the current part. We read the stack-up and name the material.

  2. Laser first article

A Han's Laser sampler cuts the first pieces, so fit is judged in your assembly before a tool is made.

  3. Tooling and lot

Flatbed presses for shaped parts, the ten-station rotary line for long webs, all in the Class 10,000 room.

  4. Inspection and ship

2.5D vision, web inspection, and peel, tack, and holding-power tests before the lot leaves EXW.

Questions buyers ask

If yours is not here, put it in the quote form. We reply within one business day.

Can mesh and membrane be supplied as one part?

Yes. They can be laminated with their adhesive rings and cut together, so one piece goes onto the port. Send the port drawing and the housing material.

How small can the parts be?

It depends on the material and the opening. Send the drawing and we confirm on a laser sample rather than promise a number in advance.

Can you work from an existing part?

Yes. A current part is a useful start. We measure it, match the material family, and cut a sample for your trial.

What are the lead time and trade terms?

The stated lead time is 30 days. Trade is EXW. Payment is T/T, PayPal, or cash, in USD, EUR, HKD, or CNY.

  • Quantity Sample lot, then the yearly volume
  • Format Sheets, rolls, or laminated stacks, and how your line places them
